Refund Policy

We only Replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Due to the nature of our products, books, eBooks, custom printing, etc. refunds are not available at this time. We will however replace any damaged product or misprinted books at no additional cost. We must be notified within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.

DIGITAL EBOOKS;

Refund: Digital eBooks or Bundles are non-refundable. eBooks are delivered by Bookfunnel.com If you are having issues with downloading your eBook please contact Book funnel customer service from the link in your email.

Exchanges: If you ordered an eBook or Bundle that you previously ordered by mistake you may exchange it for the eBook you intended to purchase, you can request that via the email you received from Book Funnel after your purchase.

The following information must be included in your email to receive a replacement.

  • A copy of the packing list that came with your order, for books/or confirmation email for eBooks
  • Payment details
  • Photo of damaged items
  • Photo of packaging – especially if it is damaged.
  • Please include your shipping address for your replacement order.

Once your email is received, we will verify all information, and if necessary, process a new order and notify you via email.

Please DO NOT disregard your damaged items or packaging. It may be necessary to return that to us in order that we may receive a credit from our vendors or the shipping company.

If you are required to return the items, then we will notify you via email and send you a shipping label at no cost to you.

If the items are not required to be returned, then we will notify you via email to discard them at that time.

If the items were damaged by the shipping company and a claim is available. Skye Raven Press will file a claim and retain the reimbursement funds for items we re-shipped to you, to cover our additional costs. Reimbursement to the customer, if any is dependent upon the situation and at our sole discretion.

Depending on where you live and the protect being replace production and shipping times will vary. We can not guarantee production and shipping times but will make every effort the replace your damaged items as quickly as possible.

As we continue to grow and add more items to our shop, this Policy is subject to change.
